Concho Commons

Concho Commons is a five-story mixed-use retail/residential development located adjacent to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.  The property is ideally situated on the south side of the campus on Concho Street between N. LBJ Drive and Guadalupe Street and will include over 25,000 sf of shops, restaurants, and service providers catered to meet the needs of the Texas State students.  The project will also include three floors of residential units for Texas State students, totaling 36 units and 81 beds.  This project is currently in the permitting phase, with construction expected to commence in 2011.

Tacara

Tacara is a 58-acre mixed-use development to be comprised of retail, entertainment, office, restaurant and residential space.  The project is ideally located at the northwest corner of Highway 281 and Stone Oak Parkway, in the middle of the strongest demographic growth corridor in San Antonio.  Tacara sits adjacent to the JPMorgan Chase campus (formerly Washington Mutual) and is within close proximity to the JW Marriott-San Antonio and TPC-San Antonio golf courses.  Phase One of this project is currently under development with its first two tenants, Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse, expected to open in May 2011.  Phase Two is in the planning stages with construction expected to commence in 2012.

Thorpe Lane

Thorpe Lane is a 10.735 acre, 300 unit, 500 bed student housing project located in San Marcos, Texas.  The tract is ideally situated between Thorpe Lane and IH-35 in close proximity to the Texas State University Campus and within walking distance to Bobcat Stadium. The project is currently is the design phase, with construction expected to commence in Spring 2012 to be delivered for the Fall 2013 semester  This is Casey Development’s fourth student housing project at Texas State.

Crosswinds – Building E

Crosswinds - Building E is a 122,000 square foot office/flex/warehouse building situated on 7.9 acres at the corner of Crosswinds Way and Weidner Road in northeast San Antonio.  This location offers easy access to Wurzbach Parkway and the Austin-San Antonio corridor via IH-35.  This is Casey Development’s fifth office/flex/warehouse building in Crosswinds Technology Park.  This building is designed and ready for permitting.  Pre-leasing efforts are currently underway.
